  If you subscribe to premium features, payment information is collected and processed securely by Stripe. BoomerPath does not store your full credit card number, and we do not have access to your financial credentials. Stripe is contractually bound to use your data only for billing purposes — never for marketing or resale.

Every piece of data you enter into BoomerPath is yours. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it. Our systems are designed to protect your privacy, not exploit it.

We also use aggregated, non-identifiable usage patterns to improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance accessibility. No personal data is ever used for commercial analysis or external benchmarking.

  BoomerPath adapts to your needs. Whether you're tracking medications, sharing notes, or inviting family members, we use your input to tailor the experience to your care context. This personalization happens entirely within your account — we do not profile you, and we do not use personalization to target or segment users.
• To communicate updates, alerts, and support:
  We may send you notifications about upcoming appointments, medication reminders, or account activity. We also use your contact information to respond to support requests and provide onboarding guidance. You control your notification preferences, and we never send promotional emails or third-party offers.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations:

• SendGrid (Email Delivery):
  BoomerPath uses SendGrid to deliver system emails — such as account confirmations, password resets, and care alerts. These emails are generated by BoomerPath and sent securely through SendGrid’s infrastructure. We do not use third-party analytics platforms. We do not embed social media plugins. We do not allow any third-party service to monitor, track, or profile our users. Every integration is reviewed for privacy impact, and none are allowed to operate silently or without purpose.
